We suggest that you print this page and use it as a blueprint to complete the set-up process.
Step 1: Register
Set a Username and Password.
Your Userame is to be your e-mail address that you wish to set for communication.It is very important that
is valid so as we could communicate you with all necessary information and your login username and
password.
Step 2: Log-In
After you have set your username and password, Bulk links will e-mail you within moments your username
and password.
Go to www.bulk-links.com and click on "Log-In" button. Enter your username and password as e-mailed.
Upon Successful log-in, a menu on the left appears,from now we refer to it as "Menu".
It contains all then navigations (button links) to complete the registration process.
Profile: Is your contact information as how been entered into the system
Websites:Is your web-sites that are included into the directory
(You may include as many web-sites as you wish into our directory)
Add web-site: Initiates the process to include a web-site in the directory
Support:Faq and other help as also our contact information.
Logout: You check-out from the members area.
After you log-in press, "add-web-site" to start the process of adding your website.
Step 3: Add Web-site
Enter the following information about your web-site:
1. Url of your web-site
2. Category of your web-site under as it will appear on all link partners web-sites.
3.Link Title
4.Link Description of your web-site
After you fill-in this information press the add-web site button.
You may wish to enter various titles and desciptions into the system for changing randomly, therefore
feel free to add as many titles and descriptions you may need.
Random changing the link title and description this means that you may target more keywords.
Step 4: Add Code to your Links Page
Click on the "web-sites" button on the menu and then click the "Links Page"button. You will refered to the
codes php or asp.
If you hosting package comes with ASP you need to use the ASP code, if in PHP then you need to use the
PHP code.
Every hosting package comes with asp or php script facility.You need to know
what is the script facility that comes with your own web-site hosting of your web-site.
Create a new links page for your web-site, paste in the <body> of the page the appropriate code (asp or php)
as found in the "Links Page" in the Menu.
Copy the appropriate code (asp or php) and add it into that links page. This will set up the links directory
that you reciprocate links with all the other members that also link to you.
(The directory could only be viewed while being online)
Please choose one of these options. Please copy and paste the code provided for each website into you links page and name your links page with the extention .asp for windows servers or .php for Linux/Unix servers.
Example
On Windows servers: mylinks.asp
On Linux/unix servers : mylinks.php
Name the file and upload it to the internet.This will be the links page for Bulk Links exchange.
Enter at the bottom of the Links Page,(the page that you have copied the asp or php code) the name of the page
you have just created and the url that is located.
In the next step you will be asked to provide a link from your home page to that page so as crawling by search
engines will be possible.
Step 5: Add Link from Home page
Add a link from your home page to the page you have just created and pasted the appropriate code as in
Step 4: Add Code to your Links Page.
This will help the spider from Search engines to cache the links from all members.
Step 6: Activate your page- Choose your Link Partners
Choose your link partners:
On the control Panel (If you have logged out, log-in again) and press on web-sites button, click on edit
Link Partners.
These will be your Link Partners, you may choose to exchange links with all of them or manually select whom
you exchnage links with.
Please note that choosing not to exchange links with another partner you will not receive also a link from them.)
After choosing your Link partners press "save category Link partner changes"
Activate your Page:
Go back into the control panel in the "web-sites" button. You would see that
next to your web-site url it says "not active".
Press "Activate my Page" and our spider will look into your url home page to find the link from your home page to
the links exchange page you have created.
And that is it, done!!
IN CASE YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE AND/OR SPIDER RESPONSE FOR ERROR
Two(2) things could only be wrong:
1. Either you have mis-typed the url on the Links page.
To check as to whether this is the problem you need to log-in, if you are not already logged in, and press the
web-sites button on the menu, then click on the links page and see the dedicated url underneath the 2 sets of
code (asp and php). Check that the url specified is the correct url of the links page.
Check that you have typed correctly your url page and press update.
Go and Validate your web-site again.
2. If the problem persists please check that you have supplied a link from your home page to the newly created
html file and that you have added in the <body> of the links page the appropriate asp or php code.
Go and Validate your web-site again.
